The founder
James Williams has spent 29 years building software, from early enterprise systems through payments infrastructure to the AI-assisted products the company runs today. He is based in Phoenix.
He builds spec-first: every product starts as a written specification, ships with a test suite and continuous integration, and is operated with the same care after launch as during the build.
What we focus on
Education technology: adaptive assessment built on item response theory, standards-mapped product discovery, and FERPA-aligned handling of student records.
Applied AI: tools that measure how well people and codebases work with AI agents, and products whose AI features are reviewed by a human before anyone relies on them.
